Connie Golds Consulting Expands Services with Team Dynamics Blueprint™
New service helps nonprofit and business teams strengthen communication, collaboration and workplace effectiveness
LA QUINTA, Calif. — September 2026 — Connie Golds Consulting has expanded its leadership and organizational development services to include the Team Dynamics Blueprint™, a customized process designed to help teams better understand how they work together, strengthen communication, reduce conflict and improve overall effectiveness.
Connie Golds, founder of Connie Golds Consulting and a Certified Perceptual Style Coach, completed additional training in the Team Dynamics Blueprint in June 2026. The service is available to nonprofit organizations, businesses and other teams seeking to improve how employees communicate, collaborate and contribute to shared goals.
“You know a great team when you see one,” Golds said. “They communicate well, trust and respect one another’s strengths and work together toward a common goal. But great teams don’t just happen. They’re built with intention.”
Golds said organizations can have highly capable employees who perform well individually but still struggle collectively.
“Sometimes communication breaks down, people misunderstand one another or conflict gets in the way of good work,” Golds said. “That doesn’t necessarily mean you have the wrong people. Sometimes people simply don’t understand how differently their colleagues perceive situations, make decisions, communicate and take action.”
The Team Dynamics Blueprint uses the Perceptual Style framework to identify the natural strengths, communication preferences and behavioral patterns represented on a team. The process goes beyond individual assessment by examining how those differences interact across the team as a whole.
Through assessments, facilitated discussion and a customized Team Dynamics Blueprint report, organizations can identify ways to harness team members’ natural strengths, improve communication and collaboration, reduce unnecessary conflict and better align people with roles and responsibilities where they can be most effective.
Golds recently piloted the Team Dynamics Blueprint with Desert Best Friend’s Closet, a Coachella Valley nonprofit organization. The process included individual Perceptual Style assessments, team discovery sessions and the development of a customized Blueprint examining team composition, communication patterns, strengths, potential blind spots and opportunities to improve collaboration.
“It was a great process for the team. We learned how our individual strengths and blind spots influence how we communicate and collaborate. We all took something away from the experience, along with a deeper understanding of our group dynamic,” said Matthew Campos, Executive Director of Desert Best Friend’s Closet.
“Every team has its own dynamic,” Golds said. “The goal isn’t to make everyone think or work the same way. It’s to help people understand what each person naturally brings to the team and then use those differences more intentionally.”
The Team Dynamics Blueprint is appropriate for established teams as well as teams experiencing communication challenges, workplace friction, changes in leadership, growth or other transitions.
