Join us for the third Signature Speaker Series of the season featuring Victoria Carpenter, Assistant and Interim Airport Director of Palm Springs International Airport.
Victoria will provide a PSP traveler update along with a Canadian visitor report, offering valuable insight into current airport trends and international travel activity impacting the Coachella Valley.
Victoria Carpenter serves as Interim Executive Director of Palm Springs International Airport, bringing more than five years of airport leadership experience along with a strong background in capital planning, finance, and organizational management.
Prior to her current role, she served as PSP’s Assistant Airport Director and previously as Airport Administration Manager, where she oversaw the airport’s five-year Capital Improvement Program and led negotiations for a comprehensive Airline Use and Lease Agreement with all signatory carriers. Her work helped establish a strong financial framework supporting the airport’s continued growth and modernization.
Before joining PSP in 2021, Carpenter worked in finance and engineering roles at the Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD). She also held leadership positions with Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) in Twentynine Palms, supporting programs and services for Marines and their families.
Victoria holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Park University in Parkville, Missouri. She is a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives and is currently pursuing accreditation as an Airport Executive.
