• Meet and network with local business professionals. The first step in any membership orientation is to meet and network with other local business professionals. This is a great opportunity to learn about other businesses in your community, share your own business story, and build relationships that can benefit your business in the future.
• Learn about chamber membership benefits. The next part of the orientation will focus on the chamber's membership benefits. This is your chance to learn about all of the resources and services that the chamber has to offer, such as networking events, educational programs, and marketing opportunities.
• Hear about the chamber's program of work. Finally, you will have the opportunity to hear about the chamber's program of work. This is your chance to learn about the chamber's goals and priorities, and how you can get involved.
• Share about your business. Once you have had a chance to meet some of the other members, it is time to share about your own business. This is your chance to tell your story, explain what you do, and highlight your unique selling points.
• Introduce yourself. It is also important to introduce yourself to the other members. This is a good time to share your name, what you do, and why you joined the chamber.

Bring business cards to share. It is always a good idea to bring business cards to a membership orientation. This will make it easy to exchange contact information with other members, and it will help you stay connected with the chamber after the orientation is over.
