Join us for the Networking Power Lunch at Las Casuelas Nuevas. You'll have the opportunity to do a 30 second introduction and meet like minded professionals in our business community. Bring plenty of business cards to share!
CUSTOM SET MENU
PUERTO VALLARTA COMBINATION
Ground beef taco with a cheese enchilada combination. Served with refried beans and rice.
TOSTADA SUPREMA
Crisp flour shell filled with refried beans, shredded chicken, beef or spicy pork. Topped with cheese, lettuce, pico do olivos, guacamole and sour cream.
ENCHILADAS SUIZAS
Shredded chicken enchiladas baked in mild tomatillo sauce. Topped with crema fresca and cotija cheese. Served with rice and refried beans.
CHOPPED CILANTRO SALAD
Grilled Chicken breast, avocado, lettuce, cilantro, carrots, celery, crispy tortilla strips and served with honey poblano vinaigrette.
