If you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to notify our office within 72 hours of the event to receive a refund. If you have guest name changes, you can call our office, email, or login to your member information center (MIC) to view the events you are registered for and make any necessary changes.
Ticketing will close at 8:00 AM the morning of the event to prepare for check-in. All staff will be gone from the office and at the venue at 10:00 AM. All event inquiries should be made prior to 10:00 AM the day of the event.
