Chicken Taco Salad
Mixed lettuce, black beans, chopped tomato, roasted corn, jack & cheddar cheese, topped with sliced avocado and tortilla strips.  Choice of dressing: Ranch, Balsamic or Citrus.

• Enchilada (Cheese, Chicken or Beef)
• Taco hard or soft shell (Shredded Beef, Shredded Chicken, Carnitas, Al Pastor or Fish)
• Tamale (Pork, Chicken or Beef)

Combinations are served with Mexican rice, refried beans, and a side of our corn cake.
 
 
Grande Burrito
 
Your choice of shredded Chicken, Shredded Beef or Pork Carnitas layered with Mexican style rice, refried beans wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with melted cheese and ranchero sauce or green tomatillo sauce.Served with a side of our sweet corn cake.
 
 
Vegetable Enchiladas
 
Two Enchiladas with mushrooms, tomatoes, squash, peppers, and onions rolled in a corn tortilla and topped with fresh tomatillo sauce. Served with black beans and white rice.
