Joel understands that clients are entrusting him with one of their biggest life decisions, and he takes that responsibility very seriously. He works hard to exceed their expectations with attentive listening, tenacity, and confident guidance.
With over 25 years of combined experience in real estate, advertising, and design, he makes the most of today's innovative marketing tools and negotiation techniques to help buyers find the perfect new home and earn top dollar for sellers. Joel earned a bachelor's degree in mass communications with a focus on advertising from Boston University.
Joel resides in Cathedral City where he enjoys the laid-back atmosphere and ease. When not hard at work for his clients, he loves spending time with his dog and taking in all the local area has to offer.
