Rick has a degree in business administration and is a licensed California Insurance Adjuster. He also is a graduate of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Academy and served as a Level One Reserve Police Officer for the City of Glendora for 12 years. He and Sharleen(his wife of 44 years) are the owners of the Rick Heagle Cruiseplanners franchise for Rancho Mirage to serve your travel needs.
Since his experience involves multi national clients and claims, he is a past member of the International Insurance Society, Inc.
Rick is a life member of Diabled American Veterans and an active Flag member of the American Legion Yacht Club (Post 291) based upon his U.S. Army Infantry service 1969-71, he has served as a committee member of the Newport Beach “Old Glory” Boat Parade.
