Dr. Rachel Felber, a local ER doctor, provides one-on-one health and strength coaching for women, mostly those in their 50s and 60s. She provides her clients with personalized workout and nutrition plans to help them lose weight, gain muscle and strength, improve their bone density, and subsequently reduce their overall risk of disease.
