Popular Palm Springs Fundraiser Celebrates the Official Birthday Month for Shelter Dogs
Palm Springs, CA – Tickets are now on sale for Animal Samaritans’ 6th Annual DOGust Birthday Bash + BINGO, happening Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Sky Ballroom at Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs. Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m. The popular annual fundraiser tends to sell out each year.
DOGust is the official birthday month for shelter dogs. Animal Samaritans is celebrating with an afternoon of lunch, wine, BINGO, prizes, adoptable dogs and puppies, and plenty of fun, all while raising critical funds for the homeless pets in our care.
Guests will enjoy lunch and wine, one complimentary BINGO card for each game, a dog-themed gift, adoptable dogs and puppies, and the chance to win prizes. BINGO entertainment will be hosted by the fabulous Sister Burna.
Animal Samaritans proudly welcomes Flood Response Restoration Services as the Presenting Sponsor. The Cruz Eberle Foundation is supporting the event as both the Wine Sponsor and Puppy Play Area Sponsor.

Service animals are welcome. Personal pets are not permitted at the event.
All proceeds benefit Animal Samaritans’ lifesaving programs and No Kill Shelter, helping provide care and second chances for homeless pets.
