RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. — Back Nine Golf Rancho Mirage is launching the Back Nine Heroes Program, a new community initiative created to recognize and thank the law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS/paramedics and healthcare professionals who protect, treat and serve the Coachella Valley.The program provides qualifying local heroes with exclusive Heroes pricing and access to special opportunities at Back Nine Golf Rancho Mirage. The idea behind the program came from a simple reality: many of the people who serve the community do not work traditional hours.
That insight became the program’s message: “Because Heroes Don’t Work 9 to 5.”
Built Around the Schedules of Those Who Serve
Back Nine Golf Rancho Mirage offers 24-hour, seven-day-a-week member access, making it especially convenient for heroes who work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays and other nontraditional schedules. Qualifying Heroes Program members can play before or after a shift — even when traditional golf facilities may be closed.

More Than Simulator Golf
Located at 42390 Bob Hope Drive, Suite 4, in Rancho Mirage, Back Nine Golf features four state-of-the-art Full Swing golf simulators with 18-foot screens in a comfortable club atmosphere. Guests and members can practice, play some of the world’s great courses, take lessons, host private events and tournaments, or simply enjoy time with friends and colleagues.
Heroes Program participants can use Back Nine for individual practice and play, lessons and instruction, group outings, private events and tournaments, or as a place to unwind with coworkers and friends.
An Invitation to Local Departments and Organizations
Back Nine Golf Rancho Mirage is also inviting local law enforcement agencies, fire departments, EMS organizations, hospitals, medical practices and other qualifying organizations to introduce the Back Nine Heroes Program to their teams and explore opportunities for department outings, private events and tournaments.
