CATHEDRAL CITY, Calif., October 20, 2026 — Forest Lawn invites the Coachella Valley community to the grand opening reception for Sacred Palms & Desert Bloom on Saturday, October 24, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn–Cathedral City, 69855 E. Ramon Road, Cathedral City, CA 92234.
Designed as a desert oasis, Sacred Palms & Desert Bloom features a collection of thoughtfully designed memorial properties for cremation and traditional burial. Guests will enjoy light bites and refreshments while touring the grounds and learning about options for honoring loved ones and planning ahead.
The opening introduces the first opportunity to secure semi-private gardens and cremation estates in this location. Available memorial property options include:
