Free HOA Industry Symposium and Expo Invites Coachella Valley Residents, Board Leaders, and Businesses to Learn and Connect
CAI-CV’s inaugural event features keynote speaker Assemblyman Jeff Gonzalez on November 12, 2026
CATHEDRAL CITY, Calif. — Community Associations Institute–Coachella Valley Chapter (CAI-CV) invites residents, community association board members, managers, and local businesses to its first annual State of the HOA Industry Symposium and Expo on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Cathedral City. Attendee tickets are free.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and the event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Assemblyman Jeff Gonzalez will serve as the keynote speaker.
Designed for anyone who lives, leads, or works in an HOA community, the symposium will offer practical education on HOA laws, effective board leadership, and homeowner rights and responsibilities. Attendees will connect with trusted industry professionals, explore resources, and meet businesses and community organizations from across the Coachella Valley.
Under the theme “Learn. Connect. Go Boldly.,” the event brings together the people who help shape HOA living and strengthen local communities. Homeowners can gain a better understanding of how associations work, board members can build knowledge to support informed decisions, and businesses can connect with the communities they serve.
The accompanying expo will feature businesses and organizations representing landscaping, construction, security, legal services, banking, utilities, community resources, and more.
