Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs Celebrates 75 Years of Service with Mini-Grants to Local Nonprofits
PALM SPRINGS, Calif. — The Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs is proud to celebrate its 75th Anniversary by investing in the future of the Coachella Valley through its 2026 Mini-Grant Program. Community members, nonprofit leaders, elected officials, and local partners are invited to attend a special Mini-Grant Check Presentation recognizing six outstanding nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth, and families.

Founded in 1951, the Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs has served the Coachella Valley for 75 years through scholarships, youth leadership programs, literacy initiatives, community service projects, and its signature Tony Lopes Youth Baseball Clinic. Guided by the Kiwanis International mission of improving the world one child and one community at a time, the Club continues to invest in organizations that create lasting opportunities for local youth.
This year's Mini-Grant Program will award $7,500 to six nonprofit organizations whose programs promote education, literacy, health and wellness, youth leadership, and community development.
