New PSP Dining Spots: TRIO and Vino Volo Now Open!

Palm Springs, CA — Travelers visiting Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) can now enjoy two new additions to the airport’s growing lineup of restaurants: TRIO, a Palm Springs favorite known for delicious flavors and mid-century flair, and Vino Volo, an award-winning wine bar offering premium sips and small plates in a relaxed, elegant setting.

TRIO, a staple of the Uptown Design District on North Palm Canyon Drive, brings its signature American cuisine and specialty cocktails to PSP’s Sonny Bono Concourse, marking the opening of its second location. With a lively modern interior and desert-inspired vibes, TRIO is “Where Palm Springs Eats.” Whether you're landing, heading out, or just stopping by, it's now easier than ever to enjoy a taste of Palm Springs—right at the terminal.

Vino Volo, beloved by wine lovers across the country, is also now open in PSP’s open-air courtyard. Known for curated wine flights, craft cocktails, and gourmet bites, Vino Volo creates a serene space for travelers to unwind before takeoff. From rosé samplers to rich reds and seasonal fare, it’s more than a wine bar—it’s a travel ritual.

These openings are part of a major refresh of PSP’s concessions, with seven new dining locations now open—including local favorites Las Casuelas Terraza, Coachella Valley Coffee, and The Pink Door (pre-security)—and four new shops featuring local brands and artisan products.

Visitors without a boarding pass can explore these new offerings through PSP’s Stay & Play Visitor Pass, available for free at flyPSP.com/StayAndPlay
