29-PSP Celebrates Two-Year Anniversary Providing Complimentary Transportation for Active Military and their Loved Ones on leave. It's been almost two years that 29-PSP started providing complimentary transportation between the Palm Springs and Ontario Airports, and the Twentynine Palms Marine Base. Each journey provides an estimated savings of $250 each way.
